What system and setting have you ran it with?
I only ran it as one-shots. I did not push the players too hard, but, as these were one-shots, they were quite eager to get into dimension hopping fast, as it was the main "gimmick" of the adventure.
I contacted itch.io's support and requested a refund (there is no automatic refund option available to publishers). As far as I understand, they will return the full amount, there are no "partials". Once the refund goes through, and you still like the game, you can donate again later.

Excellent module. I recommend not pushing for the players to activate the dimension changing device, let them come to it on their own time.

Very cool. I like the mining tunnels. It gives me a creepy Event Horizon vibe.
